Doubleday was founded in 1897 and became a division of Random House in 1998. In 2002 Doubleday launched its Doubleday Graphic Novels imprint with three titles: Shutterbug Follies, Narcissa, and Fagin the Jew. However, Doubleday has not released any graphic novels since then. However, other divisions of Random House (e.g., Pantheon) continue to publish numerous graphic novels.
