Evan Dorkin is an American comic book writer and artist probably best known for the irreverent series Milk and Cheese, in which an anthropomorphic milk carton and block of cheese instigate violent mayhem in a series of one-page gags. Dorkin has also written and drawn stories for DC Comics and written for a handful of animated series, including Space Ghost: Coast to Coast. He has won several Eisner Awards, including the award for Best Writer/Artist: Humor in 2002.
In 2001 Dorkin married fellow comics artist/writer Sarah Dyer.
