Frank Quitely (the pseudonym of Vincent Deighan) is a Scottish comic book artist. His first published work appeared in the Scottish anthology Electric Soup in 1990. He gained mainstream attention as the artist for Grant Morrison's Flex Mentallo, published by DC Comics. Since then he has provided the art for several high-profile comics such as The Authority, New X-Men, and All-Star Superman.
