Kevin O'Neill is a British comic book artist best known for his co-creation (with Pat Mills) of Marshal Law for Epic Comics and Nemesis the Warlock for 2000AD. More recently, O'Neill worked with Alan Moore on the various incarnations of The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen for Wildstorm and Top Shelf Productions.
